I saw this on TV once. They pull the skin up at the temples and sew it beneath the hairline so it doesn't show (unless later you begin to lose your hair). They showed before and after pics of women who'd had it done, and I would say they did look a little better. I would rather have the smile lines, though. I wish I could tell you what the procedure is called, but I don't remember. Any cosmetic surgeon would know about it, though, I'm sure.
