before you consider surgery, as your friends for an opinion.

i have no doubt that everytime you look in the mirror you are focussing on what you dont like, and im sure others dont notice it anywhere near as much as you do.Bags under eyes driving me mad, is cosmetic surgery the only answer?
A picture would help, but if you have fat pouches under the eyes, doctors can now inject a filler right below the fat pouches in the area known as the tear though and this blends the bags into the cheek and diminishes their appearance.

I actually had the fat taken out from under my eyes and now regret it because sometimes my eyes look hollow and sunken in. Fat around the eyes looks more youthful, you can keep the fat and get rid of the bags by having a filler injected in the tear throughs. This route is also a lot less drastic and a lot less expensive than surgery and only requires a local anaesthetic and and can be done in an hour.

Hope this helps.
The soloution is simple. Plenty of regular sleep. By that, I mean going to bed and getting up at more or less the same time each day and sleeping for about 8 hours.

Also a healthy diet is essential.
piece of raw stake leave on over night over bags old boxing way for reducing swellings after fights
maybe the concealer is making the puffy-ness worse. try not 2 get 2 much sleep but not 2 less. massage under your eyes. tht always works 4 me when i get bags under my eyes.
Have you had your eyes checked by a specialist? Eye strain can cause puffiness if your eyes are working too hard to see.

You might also try thin slices of cucumber. Soak them in ice water and then lean back and put them on your eyes for a few minutes (a bit over 5 minutes). You'll be amazed at how refreshed your eyes will look and how much puffiness goes away.

Surgery is a LAST RESORT as it takes weeks to heal and there is no guarantee that 5 years later you won't have the same problem.
a plastic surgeon will tell u he's the answer cos they need the money so go for a consultation at the eye clinic.b4 ever resorting to surgery exhaust all other resources available
Have you tried Arbonne eye cream?? If not you should it is the best and you have 45days to try it or get your money back!! email if you would like to try it!!
Seen an amazing cream advertised that got great reviews called Athena 7, failing that i've heard that haemorrhoid cream helps them shrink on a non-permanent basis.
sounds like you either have a fluid retention problem or it runs in your genes

mine run in my genes

if you want to stop puffy eyes

regularly you should fill a bowl or basin with boiling water and get a large towel to put over your head. this will act as a kind of barrier not allowing air to get out so make sure it does its job or this is pointless!

then steam your face for as long as possible without letting any air get in (app. 10-20 mins)

-you can stop for full breaths

if you like you can add a little of you favourite essential oil or some dried herbs to make it smell good under there but dont put to much in your you will almost gag from inhaling the gassy steam!

this will help get rid of any access fluid by making you sweat and will also clean out anything like dirt in your pores from the steam

if you like straight after you finish this you can tone you face, waiting until your face is completely dry before you moisturise it ever so slightly. Fluid retention is excess fluid and although keeping your fluids up is important it is easy to unbalance the ways in which you give your body and face moisture.

sleep i find is the main cause of my puffy eyes as i am laying horizontally and gravity automatically send the fluid to my face because of the ways i sleep.

it is important to sweat regularly not only to get rid of excess fluid but to clean and clear your pores... it makes it easier to sweat if you have clear pores

this should help the puffiness but for the blackness around the eyes i would recommend a lime and coconut blend eye cream. It lightens your eyes and pulls the skin tighter. you can actually feel it!

i honestly hope i helped

if its the genes it will probably give you character

good luck with what seems like a never ending battle

cheers
