iWell;, t is not cosmetic, but and ELECTIVE surgery and so therefore not covered by the majority of insurances becuase it is not a necessity. Is lasik eye sugery cosmetic?
Not cosmetic, but it is elective. Meaning it's not medically necessary in order to see. As far as I know, most insurances do not cover elective procedures. Is lasik eye sugery cosmetic?
It is an elective cosmetic procedure. 99% of insurance companies do not cover the cost. The only insurance I ever heard of covering LASIK was military insurace Tricare.
