Im mac cosmetic user, and ever since i use black eye liener, but it always smudges, how can i get it not to??

liquid eyeliner! great ontop of eyeliner no smudging
i put my eyeliner on and then smudge a little black eyeshadow over top of it w/ either a smudge brush or a q tip! it works really well
I used to have that same problem until I started using liquid eyeliner.


If you put some liquid eyeliner over your eyeliner, it holds it better and reduces the smudging.
put it on really light and sort of rub it in so it looks natural. idk how it would smidge unless its a liquid or powder liner
