If a person has one eye smaller than the other, and/or a different shape, what cosmetic treatments can be done

..to improve the appearance?

Will a clear Scleral shell help? or eyelid surgery?

The difference is not massive, but noticeable

thanks. If a person has one eye smaller than the other, and/or a different shape, what cosmetic treatments can be done
The eye is a very complex organ. However there are apparatus' that can be used to reshape the eye sort of speak. Corrective Contact lenses can be used to help reshape the eye in order to increase a person's vision but it does not increase or decreases the size of the eye ball itself. I would definitely advise you to go see an eye care professional for advice on this subject. I am not sure but perhaps one eye is weaker then the other and you just need to do eye exercises to strenghten it (but again do not quote me on that, I am not an eyecare provider just trying to offer friendly advice and information).

Try phoning an eye clinic. I work for an eye hospital but don't know of many cosmetic procedures for that kind of thing offhand.
You have not given enough information or pix of what you are talking about to give you a good answer, but these days, plastic surgeons can fix just about anything cosmetic.
