Why do you need to use kajal as my understanding is that all kajal esp. thats sold in the Indian Sub-continent contains lead. You could opt for an eye pencil or a liquid eyeliner. Here's a suggestion, if using an eyepencil get a tissue and wrap this on the tip of the pencil, hold it for a few seconds and the tip will slightly melt, use this to apply to the eyes and with a Q-tip smudge this.
