I am very uneducated about make up.
Also anyone buy any brushes from everyday minerals?
Any suggestions??What is the difference if a site provides an eye make up brush and an eye make up kabuki brush?
kabuki brushes are for mineral makeup.
and the regular ones are for reg. makeup.
but both work ok for whatever you use them, i guess.
lol. What is the difference if a site provides an eye make up brush and an eye make up kabuki brush?
An eye makeup brush generally will have curved bristles. An eye kabuki brush will be more flat and also denser (bristles closer together).
I wouldnt get brushes from EveryDay Minerals. I would try either www.coastalscents.com or even better, go to your local craft store and get paint brushes there. They are THE same brushes. Go to youtube and look for a video by Enkore. His does a video on the difference between MAC brushes and art supply store brushes (no difference).
Also, you can go to CVS and get their Essence of Beauty brushes.
yea kabuki brushes are usually associated w/ mineral makeup or applying powder/loose powder makeup. Also usually they are bigger and more expensive.

Can I clean my eye shadow brush with a brush cleaner or can I only use it for my foundation brush?
I bought a Brush cleaner by essence of beauty and I was wondering if it is okay to clean my eye shadow brush and by powder brush with it or can I only use it for my foundation brush? Can I clean my eye shadow brush with a brush cleaner or can I only use it for my foundation brush?
:)
Brush cleaner is okay to use for all brushes. My favorite way to wash my brushes: for eyeshadow and smaller sized brushes, I like to pour a little cleanser in a shallow container. Saturate the brush with liquid, and swipe on a clean towel to rid it of product. Lay flat to dry so that the liquid doesn't loosen the glue holding the brush together.
For fluffier brushes: I pour some cleaner into a tiny spray bottle and spray the bristles. Then I swipe on a towel, just like the eye shadow brushes.
One thing to note: you might want to wash the brushes in baby shampoo every once in a while for a deep clean. :)Can I clean my eye shadow brush with a brush cleaner or can I only use it for my foundation brush?
You can use it for all brushes.
It is for all brushes so yes you can
you can use it for any makeup brush, and if you don't like spending money on brush cleaner you can just take some makeup remover/face wash and put a little in a cup with water and swish the brushes around in it
Yeah, it's for brushes. There are so many different brushes, and companies know that. So, of course they'll make a cleanser for all of them. Just be easy with them and don't pluck out the hair thingy majiggers. Haha. =]

How do I clean my eye lash brush?
I can't find any good way to clean my eye lash brush, is there a way without ruining the tip of the eye lash brush? How do I clean my eye lash brush?
Wash it with little olive oil and then cleanse with warm waterHow do I clean my eye lash brush?
I run the tip of my brush under hot water and use a little baby shampoo .. I turn the water pressure up on the sink so it cleans it pretty good and no harm ! Just lay it flat to dry and your good to go !
use a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol on it.
let it sit in warm water for a while, then scrub of the mascara with your fingers.
if it's not coming off easily, either use some soap or baby shampoo, or let it sit in vinegar %26amp; water
erm .. :/

Will it work if I wet my eye shadow brush and then apply it like eyeliner?
i really want different color eyeliner, but i have sensitive skin and can only use Clinique, which can get pricey. so i wanted to improvise! Will it work if I wet my eye shadow brush and then apply it like eyeliner?
chyeahhh i do that all the time! =D its a lot easier to control i think and it look ssofter and less harsher than pencil i think. just wet your eyeliner** brush and make it damp, not soaking wet. than gather some eyeshadow on it and then line your eyes. make sure you use an eyeliner brush and not an eyeshadow brush or the ones that come with the eyeshadows. goodluckWill it work if I wet my eye shadow brush and then apply it like eyeliner?
I do it all the time. A simple black eyeshadow will do,( or other color that you want) and all you need is a liner brush (The angled type usually works best). The difference from eyeshadow to eyeshadow are the their ingredients. Some will last longer and stay put, while others will have some fall-off in the corners of your eyes after an hour. The results aren't much different, MAC Fluid line is a liquid type eyeliner in a pot, that you can safely put on your waterline. It stays on forever, too. But if you use instead, a dark eyeshadow, there wouldn't be much of a difference in how it looks. Just remember to have a steady hand and to wipe off any little crumbs that fall off onto your cheeks and into the corners of your eyes. Also, you know those Dream Matte Mousse eye shadows by Maybelle? If you can find another shadow with the consistency of that, it will probably apply exactly the same as a cake/pot liner.

Yes it will. I would suggest spending a few extra dollars and getting ';Weather Anything'; by Bare Excentuals. It is like water, but actually allows shadow liner to stay put while wetting it to be applied smoother. They also make great eyeline brushes, too.
It does! I have this Sunbaked Collection eyeshadow that you can wear dry or wet, as eyeshadow or as eyeliner and it's really nice.

I have very sensitive and oily skin. I finally found this site and my problems were over. The makeup on this site is of great quality and I also found the colors I was looking for.
Yep, that works! But, you'll need an eyeliner brush instead of an eyeshadow brush :)
Yes just dont get it too wet. People do this all the time.
yes that can work apply foundation first or eyecream so it has something to cling to and last longer
yes.
its gonna work, but maybe use waterproof eyeliner on top?
it helps keep ur makeup in place.
